Dripping Springs Newborn Photographer

Those early days with a newborn are full and fast.

Most parents I work with feel a mix of excitement and exhaustion, and the idea of planning photos during that time can feel like a lot.

My newborn sessions in Dripping Springs are designed to feel calm and easy. We move at your baby’s pace with plenty of time for feeding, changing, and breaks. There’s no rush and no pressure.

The focus is on capturing your baby and your family in a way that feels natural and true to this season.

What to Expect

Most newborn sessions take place in your home, where you’re already comfortable. I use natural light and simple setups so the focus stays on your baby, not props or staging.

You don’t need a perfectly styled space or a detailed plan. I’ll guide you through what to wear and how to prepare ahead of time.

Families in Dripping Springs and Austin choose this style of newborn photography because it feels relaxed and real, not overly posed or complicated.

FAQ

When should we schedule our newborn session

Please schedule me during your pregnancy. Most sessions take place within the first two weeks, but I keep things flexible depending on how you and your baby are doing.

What if the baby is fussy?

That’s expected.  We are on their schedule. We build in time for feeding and soothing, and we move at your baby’s pace the entire session.

Do We need to clean or prepare our home?

No. We only need a few areas with good natural light. I’ll guide you once I arrive, so there’s no pressure to have everything perfect.

What should we wear?

Simple, neutral clothing works best. Most importantly anything you feel most comfortable in, postpartem.
