I'm so glad you're here! My name is Shannon, and I'm a family, portrait, and newborn photographer based in the beautiful Austin, Texas area.
I live in Dripping Springs with my husband of 18 years, our two amazing kids, Everett and Georgia, and our doodle, Scout. We're embracing all things country—from chickens to cows—and loving our new life out here. When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me enjoying a good reality TV show, sipping coffee, or unwinding with a margarita.
Most importantly, I'm passionate about capturing your family's unique story. I believe the best photos are the ones that reflect real life, connection, and joy.
My approach
I've been capturing memories since 2008, and what started as learning on the job quickly grew into a deep love for photographing families and newborns. While I also enjoy working with weddings and seniors, my passion lies in capturing the unique connections between people.
If you're worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera, don't be! I'm right there with you, and I promise to make our session feel relaxed and fun. I'll gently guide you with posing and direction, so we can capture those beautiful, candid moments that truly reflect your story.
